How do I know which service to sign up for?If your requirements are fairly simple, and you only have one account and don't need more than one user name, sign up for mySUPERIOR. If you are a business who has more than one Superior Propane account, or more than one person who needs their own user name, sign up for mySUPERIOR Plus. If you are a large enterprise customer who has complex custom requirements, contact your account manager to see if mySUPERIOR Plus or mySUPERIOR Pro would best suit your needs.

What if I have a single account but more than 10 tanks?If you have many tanks or delivery locations and more complex requirements, mySUPERIOR Plus might be the best solution for you. However, mySUPERIOR will allow more than 10 tanks if your other requirements are fairly basic.

What is the difference between mySUPERIOR and mySUPERIOR Plus?mySUPERIOR and mySUPERIOR Plus are similar online tools, with support for online tank levels (including SMART* Tank™), delivery requests, viewing delivery tickets and invoices and paying bills, tracking your consumption and more. mySUPERIOR is best for residential and small commercial customers.

I'm already on mySUPERIOR, how do I upgrade to mySUPERIOR Plus?To upgrade to mySUPERIOR Plus for multiple accounts, use the self-serve migration option. To do so, please login to your existing mySUPERIOR account and click on the link, “Have multiple accounts? Upgrade to mySUPERIOR Plus" from the top of your dashboard.

What is the difference between mySUPERIOR Plus and mySUPERIOR Pro?mySUPERIOR Plus is the best solution for larger commercial customers with multiple accounts and/or more than one user. mySUPERIOR Plus supports online tank levels (including SMART* Tank™), delivery requests, viewing delivery tickets and invoices and paying bills, tracking your consumption and more.
mySUPERIOR Pro is a robust enterprise-level portal for major customers with many tank locations and multiple Superior Propane accounts. mySUPERIOR Pro offers advanced features including delivery location management, financial management, reporting and analytics and permission-based role management. mySUPERIOR Pro requires custom setup by Superior Propane and is not available for self-registration. -
Can I self-register for mySUPERIOR Pro?No. mySUPERIOR Pro requires custom setup by Superior Propane and is not available for self-registration. mySUPERIOR Plus is available for self-registration by commercial customers.
